This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Initial contact with potential clients through phone calls, messengers, and email.
• Qualification of leads based on established criteria (budget, needs, relevance).
• Identification of client business requirements and preliminary consulting on company solutions.
• Preparation and transfer of qualified leads to the sales department.
• Support for the sales team in the creation of commercial proposals and presentations.
• Maintenance and updating of the client database in the CRM system.
• Collaboration with marketing to enhance lead quality.
• Experience in the B2B sector (preferably in lead generation).
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (for communication with clients from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova, and the Baltic countries).
• Confident use of CRM systems (NetHunt or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in dialogue with clients.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Desire to develop in the direction of Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering.
• Corporate English courses.
