This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Acquire a deep understanding of all products and services that can provide value to X-Rite customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to pinpoint revenue opportunities and enhance our high-value service offerings.
• Foster strong consultative relationships with clients by grasping their business goals and process-improvement needs.
• Work alongside Sales Account Managers to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of X-Rite software solutions to potential clients.
• Illustrate how the proposed solution can significantly enhance or replace the customer's existing business environment.
• Over 7 years of demonstrated success in a customer-facing or relevant technical role.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
• Experience in Color Management for Print & Packaging, enterprise software platforms, or SaaS; background in software implementation, consulting, or as a subject matter expert.
• A technical background with experience in Packaging, Artwork, or Printing is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and consultative abilities to assess specific workflow processes and recommend solutions for improvement and efficiency for clients.
• Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships at multiple levels.
• Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
