This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The SDR/BDR professional will be tasked with actively driving the company's demand generation through prospecting, lead qualification, and the creation of commercial opportunities.
• This contractor role is pivotal to CRM7's commercial expansion and provides significant potential for career advancement in the realms of consultative sales, business, and digital transformation.
• A completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in commercial writing.
• An analytical mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools.
• Capable of negotiation and building relationships.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working towards targets.
• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in pre-sales roles.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting techniques.
• Preferable experience in SaaS technology firms or startups; knowledge of RD Station, Pipefy, Pipedrive, Meetime, Exact Sales, or TOTVS is advantageous.
• Hybrid work model with one on-site day per week.
