This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Developing and delivering technical presentations to illustrate how our products and services align with customer business challenges.
• Conducting pertinent technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Supporting the closure of sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding and addressing inquiries regarding our solutions, services, and training.
• Assisting in the preparation of responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Performing site surveys and drafting solution design documents for prospective projects.
• Leading the implementation and deployment of Pilot/POC projects.
• Providing consistent updates on project status and progress relative to the plan to the team.
• Identifying potential project risks proactively and formulating mitigation strategies.
• Engaging actively in the product/solution roadmap and development process as the customer's advocate and experienced user.
• A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in engineering.
• Experience in the technology sector with a strong aptitude for comprehending technical product details and specifications.
• Proven experience supporting a global sales team as a product subject matter expert.
• 5-7 years of experience in selling disruptive SaaS and/or RTLS solutions to large organizations and technical decision-makers.
• Experience in designing solutions.
• Familiarity with and experience in Real Time Location Systems (RTLS).
• Experience in selling both hardware and software solutions.
• A track record of building strong and trusted relationships with customers.
• Preferred experience in selling through system integrators and other distribution channels.
