
Pre-Sales Manager – Cloud ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate live demonstrations of the reybex ERP platform for both end customers and partners, including system integrators.
• Customize demonstrations to align with the specific industry, company size, and individual pain points of stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver use cases, references, and arguments for return on investment (ROI).
• Provide assistance during proof-of-concept phases and technical evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team throughout the entire pre-sales process, from initial qualification to proposal submission.
• Help in crafting proposals, presentations, and decision-making documents.
• Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and events as a technical advisor.
• Prepare and support the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
• Train and empower partner organizations (including system integrators, agencies, and consultants) to independently present reybex.
• Establish and maintain demo environments, playbooks, and presentation materials.
• Provide co-selling support by accompanying partners in joint customer meetings.
• Systematically communicate feedback from pre-sales discussions back to product and sales teams.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales, ideally within a SaaS or ERP context.
• Strong presence in demonstrations and customer presentations, with the ability to articulate complex software solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as commerce, e-commerce, procurement, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Experience collaborating with partner organizations or channel structures is an asset.
• Organized, self-driven working style with a high degree of motivation and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including CEOs, IT managers, and logistics leaders.
• Proficient in German (C2 level); knowledge of English is a plus.
