This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Lead and oversee the presales process, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients in banking, fintech, and related sectors, assisting them in navigating complex digital transformation journeys.
• Work alongside sales leadership to develop effective presales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Convert customer business challenges into customized solutions, utilizing Natech’s modular, cloud-native platform, with a focus on speed to market, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Provide engaging presentations and demonstrations of Natech’s platform capabilities, including core banking, digital engagement, lending, compliance, and open banking functionalities.
• Assist sales representatives in responding to RFPs/RFIs and bidding processes; lead all activities related to solution design, functional and technical responses, ensuring alignment with customer needs while promoting Natech’s value propositions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and market insights, influencing platform enhancements.
• Mentor and nurture presales team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Remain informed about the latest banking technology trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to sustain Natech’s competitive edge.
• Significant experience in presales or solution consulting roles within the fintech, banking technology, or financial services industries.
• In-depth understanding of core banking systems, digital banking solutions, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and establish trusted client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments collaborating with cross-functional teams.
