This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Address RFI / RFP / RFQs and develop commercial proposals for solutions within the Revenue product line.
• Accountable for establishing the pricing strategy aligned with the Gross Margin objectives set by Product P&L.
• Collaborate with PMO, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to formulate an internal business case perspective for prospective sales initiatives.
• Assist in drafting SOWs and other legal documents pertaining to scope, service delivery, and commercial aspects, including SLAs.
• Engage in the knowledge transfer process of Pre-sales commitments to project and implementation teams.
• Provide market insights on competing solutions and industry trends to Product teams, influencing the solution roadmap.
• Track customer, market, and competitor activities, delivering feedback to the company leadership team and other departments.
• Partner closely with the marketing team to develop effective support, channel, and partner programs.
• Identify opportunities to broaden the client base through corporate innovation challenges promoted by companies online.
• Cultivate key customer relationships and assist in closing strategic opportunities.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional account team, including Customer Success, Delivery, and Technical teams.
• Produce content for the website and other sales materials, such as pitch decks for potential clients, including research activities.
• Manage email marketing through the sales stack, including CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or English (preferred).
• MBA in Information Systems or from an Operations Management institute, with aspirations to advance into a Pre-Sales and Marketing role (preferred).
• Proven experience in creating content for online platforms and multiple communication channels.
• Familiarity with or understanding of Deep Tech (AI, IoT, GPUs, etc.) and Logistics and Supply Chain (preferred).
• Intermediate skills in MS-Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to comprehend technical and engineering material.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities, focusing on creating high-quality content for global online communications.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and an effective team player.
