This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct assessments of business processes for potential Life Sciences and Industrial Equipment clients to identify their operational challenges and areas for improvement.
• Propose overarching solution strategies based on Critical Manufacturing MES, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present customized product demonstrations, presentations, and compelling narratives that cater to various stakeholder groups.
• Develop segment-specific configurations to showcase process compatibility, equipment integration, and regulatory workflows.
• Assist in opportunity qualification by providing estimates, high-level implementation plans, and a risk-aware approach to proposed solutions.
• Answer technical questionnaires (RFPs) with precise, accurate, and audit-ready responses that align with product capabilities.
• Conduct Rapid Value Assessments and ROI analyses to quantify business advantages and assist in customer decision-making.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs), identify potential risks and assumptions, and aid in their development during pre-sales phases.
• Engage in the transition of secured opportunities to project implementation teams, ensuring clarity regarding scope, risks, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to enhance demo materials, industry messaging, and segment-specific best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their significance in contemporary production settings.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing processes within Life Sciences or Industrial Equipment sectors.
• Ability to swiftly understand customer challenges, pose relevant questions, and convert needs into clear solution concepts.
• Confidence and poise when delivering demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to varied audiences.
• Capability to work remotely with globally distributed virtual teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuously enhancing expertise in MES, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in both English and German.

• Experience in integrating MES with ERP, PLM, LIMS, or equipment interfaces.
• Knowledge of equipment integration standards and communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, OPC DA, CFX, CAMX, OIB, SECS/GEM).
• Familiarity with GxP, FDA/EMA compliance concepts (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, FDA 21 CFR Part 210/211, FDA 21 CFR Part 600-680, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) or validation processes within Life Sciences (e.g., GAMP 5).
• Background in software development or scripting (e.g., .NET/C#, SQL, or automation frameworks).
• Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Exposure to high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments or engineer-to-order workflows.
• Experience contributing to demo assets, solution accelerators, or industry templates.
• Additional language skills beyond English and German.
