This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of a client's technical landscape and guiding them through the integration and onboarding process.
• Taking responsibility for pre-sales technical activities to facilitate product exploration.
• Developing proof-of-concept integrations to boost client confidence.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team on ongoing deals during the pre-close and onboarding stages.
• Proficient in working with APIs — capable of reading documentation, testing endpoints, and assisting clients with integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering — such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar; able to create simple automations and solutions.
• Strong consultative communication skills — able to lead client calls, identify core issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical, pre-sales, solutions, or integration-centric role.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated — capable of working remotely and managing your own pipeline of pre-sales activities.
