This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Engage with, qualify, and oversee incoming leads.
• Collaborate closely with Delivery Management and Marketing to pinpoint specific niches in the IT market (technology, solution, segment), generate innovative ideas, opportunities, and develop new products.
• Assist with the technical components of the initial sales cycle, which includes uncovering customer needs, delivering client presentations, providing product/solution briefings, conducting demos, and performing proof-of-concept activities.
• Effectively represent the company and articulate our unique value propositions to decision-makers within the industry.
• Cultivate relationships with key account clients.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Generate regular sales reports that detail sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.
• Capable of delivering reliable feedback (both technical and business-oriented) from clients.
• Assist and engage in the preparation and submission of RFI/RFP, adhering to our internal processes and regulations.
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any IT/IS related field.
• Possess technical expertise paired with strong communication skills.
• Have technical competence and knowledge.
• Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude; proactive and innovative.
• Demonstrate team spirit and the ability to lead when necessary.
• Proficient in the English language, both in written and verbal communication.
