Pre-Sales Engineer – Agentic AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team in developing account strategy planning.

• Partner closely with the Sales team to assess opportunities and prioritize them accordingly.

• Oversee comprehensive Presales activities and formulate compelling value propositions.

• Conduct customized, high-level demonstrations that illustrate business value.

• Ensure the provision of robust Rfx’s, tailored demos, and impactful Points of View (PoV’s).

• Craft solutions that align with client requirements and their operational environments during the sales cycle.

• Address client inquiries regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture throughout the sales process.

• Champion UiPath solutions by recognizing customer needs and presenting optimal solutions.

• Create solution architectures for clients for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud deployments of the UiPath platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• A well-rounded mix of technical, business, and sales acumen.

• Proven track record in client-facing roles, such as Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect positions.

• Excellent communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills, with a history of building strong internal and external relationships.

• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies, including LLMs and agents.

• Familiarity with the UiPath platform is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technologies.

• A driven approach with a focus on solution selling.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with innovative ideas to foster customer loyalty and adoption.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Proficiency in both Bahasa and English.
