This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Facilitate comprehensive payroll discovery sessions with potential and newly onboarded clients.
• Collect and document details regarding country scope, payroll demographics, local procedures, payment frequencies, benefits, legal obligations, and integrations.
• Early identification of operational, compliance, and product risks during the client engagement process.
• Assess the feasibility of scope, timelines, and implementation strategies.
• Prepare and provide guidance on go-live dates and rollout plans.
• Develop thorough, delivery-ready handover packages for Operational Business Managers (OBMs) and Project Managers (PMs).
• Ensure seamless transfer of knowledge and scope from Sales to Implementation teams.
• Accurately document payroll assumptions, risks, dependencies, and limitations.
• Mitigate late-stage surprises, re-discovery issues, and scope expansion.
• Assist Sales teams on intricate global payroll projects by offering payroll and delivery insights.
• Participate in selected sales calls to confirm scope, clarify implementation requirements, and enhance client confidence.
• Align customer expectations with delivery capabilities.
• Conduct Country Spotlight and training sessions with Payroll Implementation teams.
• Share insights on country-specific complexities, risks, and best practices.
• Provide discovery insights to Product, Implementation tools, Sales enablement, and delivery methodologies.
• Over 5 years of experience in global payroll, payroll implementation, or payroll operations.
• Deep understanding of the complexities and compliance issues surrounding multi-country payroll.
• Experience leading or supporting payroll discovery, onboarding, or implementation initiatives.
• Ability to conduct structured, impactful client discovery sessions.
• Strong documentation and handover practices.
• Confidence to identify risks and constructively challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Product, Payroll, and Implementation teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, and project management applications.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).
