This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting with drive and insight

• Planning and managing consulting projects (technological, methodological, and process-oriented)

• Development of new solution concepts for clients

• Advising IT organizations and departments on Contact Center and Voice, as well as on Cloud and Chatbots

• Supporting customer projects from conception to implementation

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed degree (or equivalent qualification)

• Professional experience in consulting and project management

• Expert knowledge in the areas of Voice and Contact Center, as well as software development and Cloud topics

• Ability to present complex topics in an understandable manner

• Confident and self-assured demeanor with clients

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
