This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for pre-sales and active sales of telecommunications solutions in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) and Mitel/Unify sectors within the large enterprise environment.
• Engaging in active product sales and pre-sales for enterprise solutions.
• Accountable for business development and regular communication with key manufacturers.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for system houses and specialized retail partners.
• Manage project inquiries related to telecommunications systems and prepare corresponding offers.
• Oversee the entire order processing as the central point of contact.
• Regularly monitor key accounts and derive appropriate measures.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team at the manufacturer level and within internal sales areas.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and transfer knowledge to colleagues.
• Several years of professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales within the ICT sector, ideally in a large enterprise environment.
• In-depth understanding of solutions and products in the UCC area, particularly regarding offerings from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Mitel, or Unify.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable solutions.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Interest in new technologies in the field of telecommunications systems and a willingness to regularly acquire new product knowledge.
