This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in sales initiatives by engaging with partner prospects and customers, providing demonstrations, and addressing product-related and technical inquiries.
• Cultivate relationships with partner teams and establish credibility as a trusted resource on fraud prevention and financial crime risk solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls with potential partners, preparing necessary documentation and documenting partner requirements, timelines, and dependencies in collaboration with the Sales Executive.
• Aid in creating solution documentation alongside the solution architect, escalating intricate design inquiries to senior team members when necessary.
• Assist partners and end customers in understanding how BioCatch integrates into their decision-making frameworks.
• Assess technical solutions and draft project plans and timelines for new partners.
• Collaborate with professional services, delivery, and engineering teams to validate the technical and commercial viability of proposed solutions.
• Facilitate securing technical commitments to ensure opportunities remain on track for technical success.
• Support the execution of Proof of Concept initiatives for new partners, monitoring progress against established success criteria.
• Contribute to the development of business case materials.
• Manage specific sections of RFI/RFP submissions, receiving guidance and support from senior colleagues.
• Assist in responding to customer InfoSec security questionnaires, collaborating with the BioCatch technical team.
• Help facilitate training and upskilling sessions for partner resources as needed.
• Stay informed about emerging fraud and financial crime methodologies, industry trends, and regulations.
• Participate in gathering competitor intelligence.
• Proficient in English (Fluent)
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with previous experience in a financial institution, fintech, or SaaS environment—internships, rotational programs, analyst roles, or similar customer-facing experiences are all applicable.
• Some direct customer-facing experience (presales, client service, relationship management, support, or similar roles).
• Exposure to coding or technical projects (coursework, bootcamps, personal projects, or on-the-job experiences).
• Comfortable leading discovery discussions and conducting demonstrations, or possessing a clear eagerness to develop this skill rapidly.
• A strong interest in working with innovative technology and an entrepreneurial spirit to advance a career with a successful startup entering its next growth phase.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; capable of asking the right probing questions to uncover a customer's true needs.
• Ownership mentality—confident in driving assigned opportunities forward, with senior support available when necessary.
• Willingness to learn and implement sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
• Foundational knowledge of the fraud prevention, AML, or financial crime landscape acquired through prior work experience.
• Good technical awareness that supports sales discussions—familiarity with cloud computing (Azure, AWS), data types (CSV, XML, JSON), APIs, and databases.
• General understanding of security frameworks is advantageous.
