Pre-Sales Consultant – Billing & Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyzing the billing, reimbursement, and administrative processes of potential hospital clients and showcasing the tangible benefits of our integrated hospital information system.

• Presenting our software solutions in a focused and relatable manner, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of hospital administration and billing realities.

• Communicating customer and market insights on administrative and billing workflows to Product Development, and actively participating in the ongoing enhancement of our platform.

• Representing Avelios at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as a trusted authority on billing and administrative use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in hospital billing, reimbursement, and administrative processes, preferably acquired through positions in healthcare, hospital administration, medical controlling, or related project work.

• Exceptional communication abilities, empathy, and the capacity to clearly articulate complex administrative and process-related topics to diverse audiences.

• A passion for working directly with customers and collaboratively developing practical digital solutions for hospital administration and billing processes.

• Openness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.

• Proficiency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
