📋 Description

• Overseeing and directing consulting initiatives

• Creating innovative solution strategies for clients

• Providing guidance to IT departments and business teams regarding contact centers, cloud solutions, and chatbot technologies

• Assisting client projects from the initial idea to final execution

• A completed degree or an equivalent qualification

• Relevant experience in consulting and project management

• In-depth knowledge of voice and contact center technologies, along with expertise in software development and cloud-related topics

• Capability to articulate complex subjects in a clear manner

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in both German and English
