This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to gather insights into their functional and technical requirements, as well as their current and future architectural frameworks.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating and presenting comprehensive and tailored FICO Platform demonstrations to both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with various FICO product teams to develop FICO Platform capabilities and service solutions that align with the client's business objectives.
• Design and implement proof of concepts, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and prepare sales materials as part of a dedicated sales or account team, assisting in the formulation of sales strategies and tactics when appropriate.
• Contribute to pricing models, business benefit and ROI assessments, and the development of sales strategies that set us apart from competitors.
• Engage in best practice workshops at customer locations, FICO-hosted events, and industry conferences, while also providing ongoing education to the sales team about the FICO Platform.
• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales role with a track record of successfully supporting sales and/or delivering innovative solutions.
• Ability to effectively convey business and technical insights and knowledge to a diverse range of stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through experience in developing and delivering presentations.
• Proven problem-solving abilities showcased through examples of innovative and proactive solutions to business challenges.
• Enjoy collaboration with cross-functional teams as part of a solution or opportunity-focused group.
• Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a commercial setting).
