• You engage directly with decision-makers, facilitate initial discussions, and ensure that contacts evolve into genuine business opportunities.

• Cold calling — proactive, straightforward, and on an equal footing.

• Appointment setting follows a clear structure and defined process.

• Quick needs assessment — comprehend what is important to the customer.

• Efficient conversation management that is direct and fosters trust.

• A sincere interest in sales and effective communication.

• Eagerness to learn cold calling and apply it consistently.

• Proficient in German (minimum C2 level).

• Initiative, discipline, and motivation.

• A desire for professional and personal growth.
