This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage with outbound leads who are unfamiliar with or have not expressed interest in impulseup's products, employing a persuasive, consultative, and tailored approach.
• Connect with outbound leads through various channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Adhere to team processes with a strong sense of discipline and integrity.
• Conduct qualification discussions utilizing active listening, diagnostic questioning, and effective objection handling.
• Document all interactions, statuses, and next steps in HubSpot with precision, autonomy, and accuracy.
• Adjust pitch and approach based on the lead's profile, industry segment, and stage in the buying process.
• Assist in the creation of prospecting campaigns and implement the established plan.
• Track personal performance metrics (such as lead volume and conversion rates by stage) and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Provide insights on objections and strategies to aid in the continuous development of the team playbook.
• Prior experience in active prospecting and consultative sales within an Outbound B2B model.
• Proficient in using CRMs (preferably HubSpot), demonstrating strong discipline in logging, organizing, and tagging the sales pipeline.
• Solid understanding of qualification and sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT, GPCT, or similar).
• Exceptional ability to receive constructive feedback, showcasing flexibility and agility in applying guidance on a day-to-day basis.
• Capability to manage routine objections in Outbound work while sustaining energy, focus, and consistency in execution.
• Self-managing individual with strong time management skills, routine organization, and reliable delivery.
• Competence in tracking and analyzing personal conversion metrics in the pipeline, proactively addressing challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Development support: 2 hours per week during business hours for professional growth.
