Pre-Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily graphic support to our partner.

• Design mockups, vectorize logos, and create presentation decks from the initial concept to final delivery.

• Set type and size imprints on promotional items.

• Generate a variety of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

• Retrieve product templates from supplier websites to create proofs.

• Send proofs to customers for their review and approval.

• Ensure that approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitor order status to avoid delays.

• Communicate with internal teams and clients to discuss revisions or suggestions.

• Evaluate project specifics and produce a final product that meets those requirements.

• Perform ad hoc tasks related to the ones mentioned above.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or similar role.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Capability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe programs, particularly Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while meeting tight deadlines.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your capacity to deliver visually impactful designs.
