This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee a substantial volume of pre-litigation employment cases.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.
• Perform evaluations of cases, develop strategies, and assess risks and values.
• Prepare demand packages and submissions for pre-litigation.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation processes.
• Organize matters for transition to litigation when necessary.
• Manage a limited selection of cases that advance to litigation as assigned.
• Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 1–7 years of legal experience, preferably in employment law.
• Exceptional skills in client management and communication.
• Strong writing and negotiation capabilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to handle a large caseload effectively.
• Business-oriented perspective on case valuation and resolution.
• Experience in litigation is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
