Pre-Licensing Training Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Address intricate consumer concerns and guide first-level representatives on advanced issues.

• Assist policyholders with inquiries and issues related to billing.

• Offer support to policyholders regarding any requested policy modifications.

• Fulfill policyholder needs by delivering recommendations and making adjustments as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess a general understanding of Windows-based systems.

• Preference for candidates with customer service and/or sales experience.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
