This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one telehealth therapy to clients within the LGBTQ+ community

• Offer affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment customized to meet the needs of the community

• Perform clinical assessments

• Ensure timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation within the Avon EMR system

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and CPT

• Implement the Trauma Journal and Written Exposure Therapy protocol to enhance support between sessions

• Engage in regular clinical supervision to work towards full independent licensure

• Maintain a minimum of 10 client-facing sessions each week

• Report directly to the Clinical Director

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid North Carolina license as an LCSWA, LCMHCA, or LMFTA

• Demonstrated experience and a strong dedication to working with LGBTQ+ clients

• Cultural competence in providing affirming, identity-centered care

• Comfortable delivering individual / one-on-one therapy in a telehealth format

• Proficient in clinical assessment and maintaining timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions weekly with flexible scheduling from Monday to Sunday

• Experience serving clients at the intersections of the LGBTQ+ community, including BIPOC and neurodivergent individuals

• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, or CPT

• Comfort with outcomes-based, measurement-informed care
