This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee vendor activities and CMS processes throughout the breach procedure.
β’ Process eligible foreclosure referrals and validate those referrals.
β’ Collaborate with servicing support teams to ensure adherence to referral timelines.
β’ Maintain, review, and follow up on scheduled foreclosure referral steps, ensuring timely completion.
β’ Communicate effectively with default and servicing support teams, as well as clients, during the foreclosure referral process.
β’ Conduct daily routine follow-ups.
β’ Prepare files and handle bulk dispositioning during the breach processing phase.
β’ Address breach or re-breach requests within the established service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Conduct due diligence for pre-foreclosure referrals, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and investor regulations.
β’ Manage custodians involved in collateral orders, scanning, and the setup of foreclosure templates.
β’ Utilize system-of-record, vendor tracking software, queuing, and control reporting tools to manage the workflow.
β’ Maintain systems and vendor tracking software for necessary notifications and reporting.
β’ Ensure timely imaging of foreclosure procedural documents.
β’ Resolve exceptional cases and lien threats with guidance from team leads or supervisors.
β’ Identify, manage, and resolve complex or escalated issues with management's assistance.
β’ Document servicing actions, delays, follow-ups, and phone conversations within system notes.
β’ Monitor vendor performance and alert the appropriate management groups about any performance concerns.
β’ Perform additional assigned duties and special projects as needed.
β’ Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
β’ Capacity to understand differing perspectives on complex issues and effectively negotiate and integrate various viewpoints.
β’ Ability to make decisions that moderately impact the immediate work unit.
β’ Skills in organizing and prioritizing personal work schedules on a short-term basis.
β’ Proficiency in basic arithmetic and ability to document, balance, and verify results for precision.
β’ Capability to compose detailed reports, work-related manuals, and publications of limited scope or impact.
β’ Ability to meet stringent deadlines consistently.
β’ Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and time management skills.
β’ Proficiency in managing multiple tasks under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and high-quality loan evaluation.
β’ Understanding of the foreclosure process, including the distinction between Judicial and Non-Judicial proceedings.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; some college education is preferred.
β’ A minimum of two (2) years of foreclosure experience or a combination of three (3) years in banking/mortgage experience.
β’ Notary Public certification or prior Paralegal experience is preferred.
