This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Draft contract letters, notices, and various documentation including construction contracts, fencing notifications, and council communications.
• Participate in virtual meetings to evaluate project advancement and take comprehensive notes for sharing with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess and modify existing contracts and create variations as necessary.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all deadlines and conditions specified in contracts, including signed variations, financial approvals, and authority to commence work.
• Keep updated records, client files, and workflow spreadsheets, ensuring that documents are organized in the correct file structure.
• Collaborate remotely with councils, engineers, and other consultants through email, phone, and video conferencing.
• Execute all tasks, requirements, and requests promptly as instructed by the Operations Manager.
• Confirm that all forms and approvals are completed in the job file before the commencement of construction.
• Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their projects.
• Manage email communications and perform general administrative duties as necessary.
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination position within the residential construction sector.
• Knowledge of the pre-construction process and residential building documentation is essential.
• A qualification in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A confident and professional communicator adept at engaging with clients, councils, and consultants.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on precision across contracts and documentation.
• Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
• This is a remote position supporting Lofty Building Group from the Philippines.
• You will need to provide your own laptop and consent to Lofty installing necessary programs and security software on your device.
• Availability during Adelaide business hours (ACST/ACDT) is required.
• Participation in Microsoft Teams meetings with video as needed throughout the workweek.
• Must review and agree to Lofty's policies regarding Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Security.
