Pre-Access Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the designated team within the Pre-Access Service Center (PASC)

• Establish and uphold departmental policies and quality benchmarks

• Track department-specific work queues and workflows

• Work in partnership with leadership to deliver exceptional care for patients

• Allocate daily work shifts and authorize timecards

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• An associate degree or higher is preferred

• Minimum of three years of experience in Patient Access is required

• Prior experience with Epic software is preferred

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
