This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will support our marketing strategies by researching current social media trends and crafting posts for our social media channels, including ideas for our influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• You will actively participate in our sales projects and play a key role in efficient lead generation.

• Your diverse responsibilities will include scheduling appointments with potential clients, maintaining our CRM databases, and preparing contracts.

• You will assist us in building and optimizing our internal sales processes and structures.

• As we continuously evolve, we welcome your feedback and suggestions. Product and design improvements are more than welcome! You will have the freedom to choose what you enjoy most!

⛳️ Requirements

• You are studying economics or a comparable field (we do not have a psychologist on the team).

• You are open and communicative and eager to work on exciting projects as part of a team.

• You are passionate about sales and marketing and motivated to further develop your skills.

• You are proficient in using social media platforms.

• You possess excellent German language skills.

• Ideally, you have three to six months available to spend with us.
