This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Process and structure optimization: Analyzing, developing, and scaling operational and strategic processes along the value chain.
• Strategic support: Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations to facilitate data-driven decisions within the CEO Office.
• Project responsibility: Independently managing projects and operationally implementing strategic initiatives.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborating closely and communicating internally between Product, Tech, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Operational support: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office and coordinating cross-departmental topics and requirements.
• 3-6 months of support as an intern.
• Initial practical experience in a dynamic, preferably operations-oriented environment (e.g., startup, scale-up, consulting).
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style with a strong implementation focus.
• Analytical mindset with an affinity for processes, numbers, and relationships.
• Excellent German language skills.
• Willingness to work on-site regularly.
