This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the integration of Mental Health services within PM Urgent Care facilities.
• Supervise daily operations across both clinical and administrative areas to ensure the delivery of seamless services.
• Monitor and evaluate operational and financial data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Create and maintain reports related to scheduling, billing, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Oversee payroll activities, which include validating provider hours, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions.
• Ensure precision and compliance with mental health billing practices, including claims submission, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Support provider scheduling oversight to ensure appropriate utilization and coverage.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational effectiveness.
• Assist in onboarding and training staff on operational processes and systems.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration is required.
• A Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is necessary.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Capability to collaborate well with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work some evenings or weekends may be required.
• Flexible scheduling support.
• Occasional weekend oversight.
