Practice Innovation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in the Practice Innovation Team that drives the advancement of cutting-edge technologies and processes.

• Assist with important projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes within the firm.

• Engage directly with the Firm’s attorneys and clients to promote projects centered around AI, automation, and emerging technology.

• Partner with attorney practice teams to gain an in-depth understanding of legal workflows and client service models.

• Boost the utilization of Data Analytics and AI platforms by showcasing best practices and insights.

• Act as a liaison between attorneys and the Information Services teams.

• Oversee the gathering of business requirements for document automation initiatives.

• Create innovative use cases for the Firm's existing technologies.

• Manage projects utilizing agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate with 3-5 years of increasingly responsible experience in a law firm, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Established ability to learn new software applications efficiently.

• Strong skills in Internet research.

• Proven capability to utilize legal and financial research systems.

• Familiarity with visual collaboration and diagramming tools such as Lucid or Miro.
