This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee the development and growth of RPI’s Workday consulting practice, initially concentrating on post-production support services.
• Establish strategic growth initiatives, market positioning, and service offerings that align with RPI’s extensive ERP and automation expertise.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement business development strategies that enhance revenue growth and market expansion in the healthcare and public sector industries.
• Identify and nurture opportunities to cross-sell and augment services within existing RPI client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, offering strategic guidance throughout the Workday transformation and support lifecycle.
• Lead client-facing consulting projects while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and quality of delivery.
• Work alongside sales, delivery, and technical teams to scope engagements, craft proposals, and deliver customized Workday solutions.
• Foster long-term client partnerships through proactive account management, strategic planning, and consultative problem-solving.
• Maintain close collaboration with client leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Recruit, attract, and retain high-caliber Workday consulting professionals through established industry connections and professional networks.
• Embody the RPI culture, which is focused on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and excellence in client service.
• Mentor and cultivate consulting leaders and team members to promote career advancement.
• Develop resource planning strategies that align staffing capabilities with practice growth objectives and client demand.
• Contribute to RPI’s ongoing innovation in ERP transformation, workflow automation, and digital modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and solution teams to pinpoint market opportunities and evolving customer needs.
• Represent RPI at industry events, client presentations, and strategic discussions related to Workday transformation and managed services.
• Advocate for thought leadership and service innovation that reinforces RPI’s status as a trusted advisor within the healthcare and public sector markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, professional services, or enterprise application leadership, with substantial experience in the Workday ecosystem.
• Proven track record in building, growing, or leading Workday consulting or managed services practices.
• Strong knowledge of Workday support models, post-production services, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience assisting clients in transitioning from legacy ERP platforms, preferably Infor CloudSuite or similar enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, developing consulting services, and expanding strategic client relationships.
• Established professional network within the Workday consulting ecosystem, with a history of recruiting and nurturing top consulting talent.
• Experience with healthcare, public sector, or highly regulated organizations is preferred.
• Exceptional capabilities in executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong operational leadership skills, including forecasting, delivery management, and resource planning.
