Practice Architect – Capability Development

📋 Description

• Design and implement capability development strategies and enablement initiatives throughout the Cortex & Cloud portfolio.

• Create scalable programs that enhance technical skills, ensure consistent delivery, prepare consultants, and promote the adoption of COE methodologies.

• Foster organizational readiness for new products, AI advancements, automation projects, and service offerings.

• Develop capability roadmaps that are in line with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Conduct technical enablement sessions, workshops, labs, brown bags, deep dives, office hours, boot camps, and instructor-led training.

• Create role-specific enablement pathways for consultants, architects, and delivery leaders.

• Assist with consultant onboarding and ongoing career development.

• Engage in strategic customer interactions, pilot deployments, and the introduction of new services.

• Mentor consultants during customer engagements and support strategic partners through co-delivery.

• Evaluate partner capabilities, identify delivery and technical gaps, and serve as a technical advisor and escalation point.

• Establish capability benchmarks and readiness criteria; evaluate competencies and create improvement plans.

• Collaborate with leadership on certification strategies, technical development, and career growth.

• Track capability advancement through assessments, certifications, delivery quality, and field performance metrics.

• Create and maintain reusable workshops, labs, demonstrations, recorded sessions, guides, knowledge articles, reference materials, and learning modules.

• Work in partnership with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Enablement, and strategic partners.

• Provide insights from the field that impact capability priorities, service evolution, and product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in delivering enterprise security solutions within Professional Services.

• In-depth knowledge of Cortex technologies (XSIAM, XSOAR, Cortex XDR) and/or Cortex/Prisma Cloud.

• Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing technical professionals.

• Background in designing and delivering technical learning programs, workshops, labs, or capability development initiatives.

• Strong customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to coach through real-world scenarios.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and influencing abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Experience collaborating with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and partner organizations.
