PR & Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the PR strategy for Kiss My Apps in the Ukrainian market.

• Build and nurture media relations with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian media, editors, podcasts, and industry platforms.

• Prepare a complete cycle of PR materials: press releases, pitches, columns, features, comments, interview theses, Q&As, and responses to media inquiries.

• Enhance the public presence of the CEO and other company speakers through media pitching, interview preparation, conferences, podcasts, and public speaking engagements.

• Identify strong newsworthy events related to the business, products, partnerships, people, CSR initiatives, and amplify them in external communications.

• Analyze the effectiveness of PR activities, maintain reporting, and work with Share of Voice, pull-through of key messages, sentiment, and other PR metrics.

• Create an editorial calendar, ensure a unified communication framework across various channels, and monitor the quality of external messages.

• Support Employer Branding and CSR initiatives through external communications and media coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PR/Communications Manager in a product IT or B2C company.

• Experience in executing comprehensive communication campaigns — from planning to results analysis.

• Practical experience in building media relations and working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 media.

• Strong writing and editing skills across various PR content formats.

• Understanding of PR analytics, brand metrics, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in preparing speakers for interviews, conferences, and other public speaking events.

• Fluent in Ukrainian and proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
