PPC Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• The PPC Manager will report to the Director of Paid Advertising and manage a portfolio of clients' paid media strategies.

• Key responsibilities include innovating and enhancing advertising initiatives, streamlining internal processes, and providing outstanding service and results to retain and expand client relationships.

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients.

• Create, implement, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns that tackle industry challenges, address business issues, and showcase unique value propositions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, creative services, and fulfillment) to discover new opportunities for client success.

• Become an expert in platforms such as Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, and be proficient in running campaigns across these platforms.

• Plan and execute campaign strategies that align with client objectives.

• Report on product KPIs and goals.

• Ensure exceptional delivery of products to clients in partnership with internal teams.

• Strategize and implement roadmaps and large-scale initiatives alongside client services and product teams.

• Stay informed about industry trends to keep Big Leap at the forefront.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid advertising.

• At least 2 years of experience in an agency or a similarly fast-paced environment.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads or Meta Ads with the capability to contribute effectively from day one.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with current AI tools and trends.

• Experience in client-facing roles and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Willingness to travel to the Big Leap office as needed.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Consistent and timely attendance.
