PowerApps Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop canvas and model-driven applications using PowerApps.

• Construct enterprise-level mobile solutions, adhering to best practices within the Power Platform community.

• Utilize various out-of-the-box connectors with PowerApps and Flow.

• Create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.

• Redesign and re-engineer legacy applications into PowerApps solutions.

• Interpret and design database models such as MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.

• Address and resolve security vulnerabilities identified in PowerApps.

• Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards within PowerApps.

• Fulfill requirements, meet agreed deadlines, and conduct unit and integration testing.

• Communicate proposed designs and project progress to customers, team leads, and team members.

• Support cross-functional project teams that include app development, IT operations, and information security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of progressive, relevant experience.

• Training and/or certification as a PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer.

• Training and/or certification for Microsoft Flow.

• 3-5 years of experience in development with Dynamics 365.

• 3-5 years of experience in creating canvas and model-driven PowerApps.

• 3-5 years of experience in developing forms and flows that transfer data from forms to AzureDevOps.

• 3-5 years of experience working with the Common Data Service.

• Experience in developing solutions that utilize multiple Office365 services.

• Experience with PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services.

• Experience in migrating business processes to PowerApps and Flow.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize competing demands.

• Familiarity with PowerApps and Flow licensing plans and features.

• Experience working within an Agile methodology.
