Power Platform Solution Architect – Cairo, Egypt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Serve as the architectural lead for specified initiatives within the client's Power Platform ecosystem.

• Convert business capabilities and non-functional requirements into practical end-to-end solution architectures.

• Offer architectural direction and governance while assessing key technical decisions and delivery feasibility.

• Design comprehensive architectures encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Azure services, and external integrations.

• Establish solution boundaries, data models, integration patterns, security concepts, and environmental strategies.

• Guide choices between configuration, low-code, and custom development, including React, PCF, and Azure components.

• Ensure consistency with enterprise architecture, identity, data protection, ALM, and operational support requirements.

• Lead architecture reviews, document decisions, and manage technical risks, dependencies, and exceptions.

• Assist in estimation, backlog refinement, and delivery planning alongside product owners and engineering teams.

• Mentor developers and evaluate solution designs, coding approaches, and deployment strategies.

• Provide technical leadership during critical releases, production stabilization, and root-cause analysis.

• Deliver end-to-end solution architecture, architectural decisions, implementation-ready data/integration/security/environment/ALM concepts, review outcomes, risk registers, technical guidance, coaching, and production-readiness recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in solution design or software engineering, with significant enterprise Power Platform architecture expertise.

• Demonstrated design of production solutions across various applications, environments, and integration endpoints.

• In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, identity, data modeling, integration, and API patterns.

• Hands-on experience with managed solutions, environmental strategy, source control, and Azure DevOps-based ALM.

• Capability to define and evaluate non-functional requirements, including security, performance, availability, supportability, and compliance.

• Experience in facilitating architectural decisions with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proficient in English with strong skills in written architectural documentation.

• Preferred certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure architecture, particularly PL-600.

• Familiarity with React, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or event-driven integration is preferred.

• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and governance of AI-enabled business solutions is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in supporting distributed or nearshore development teams.
