Power Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and evaluate automation workflows and AI agents based on approved functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Create low-code solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, as well as traditional automation development when necessary.

• Configure and fine-tune AI agent behavior, prompts, and orchestration logic for applications such as invoice reconciliation and prioritized opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Data Engineer and Solution Architect to guarantee robust data flows, integrations, and exception handling prior to release.

• Assist with unit and integration testing leading up to formal QA approval.

• Package solutions for deployment and facilitate the transition into the Monitoring phase, including the preparation of handover documentation.

• Provide feedback on build efforts and defect data into the COE methodology's Automation Assessment and Time and Capacity elements.

• Deliver enterprise AI and automation solutions that enhance business processes across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with automation platforms, low-code tools, and AI or agent-based configuration.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, or similar enterprise low-code and agent-based platforms.

• Understanding of prompt design, agent orchestration, and AI governance guidelines within an enterprise context.

• Strong skills in debugging and testing methodologies.

• Ability to work according to defined acceptance criteria and QA checkpoints.

• Experience in delivering projects within a pod-based or squad-based delivery model with multiple concurrent use cases.

• Capability to create clear technical handover documentation for downstream support and monitoring teams.
