Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement solutions utilizing: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Dataverse, Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)

• Enhance Dynamics 365 through plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Develop advanced applications utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder

• Establish integrations with external systems utilizing APIs and Azure services

• Design and execute Copilot-driven experiences within Power Platform and Dynamics 365

• Create and set up Copilot Studio agents (previously Power Virtual Agents)

• Connect Copilot with enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, external APIs)

• Discover opportunities to incorporate AI into workflows (automation, summarization, recommendations)

• Ensure ethical AI practices, including data security and governance

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Participate in architecture and design decisions, focusing on AI-enabled patterns

• Maintain compliance with best practices in security, performance, and maintainability

• Engage in code reviews and uphold engineering standards

• Design and implement integrations across Microsoft and third-party platforms

• Assist with data migration, transformation, and AI data readiness

• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders

• Engage in agile delivery practices

• Provide insights into estimations, including AI/Copilot components

• Keep up to date with the Microsoft roadmap, particularly Copilot and AI capabilities

• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and internal intellectual property

• Support the enhancement of team skills in Power Platform and AI

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-Level (3–5+ years)

• PL-400 certification (REQUIRED)

• Practical experience with Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365

• Background in building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions

• Familiarity with Copilot, AI Builder, or chatbot/agent technologies

• Understanding of Dataverse and data modeling

• Technical Skills: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio, AI Builder / conversational AI / automation patterns, .NET / C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), REST APIs and integration design, DevOps / ALM for Power Platform

• Desirable Skills: Experience in implementing enterprise AI governance and security models, experience in government or regulated environments, knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services, exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (optional)

• Certifications: PL-200, AI-900 / AI-102 (desirable), MB-210 or equivalent
