This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions utilizing Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, plugins, and Dataverse.
• Develop business rules and automation logic to streamline data workflows across the Power Platform.
• Integrate solutions with REST APIs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX designers, and testers.
• Enhance and maintain applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, performance, and security standards.
• Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups.
• Proficient in researching and diagnosing errors and issues, along with documenting processes and outcomes.
• Over 4 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Power Platform (Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps).
• Bachelor’s degree (or 3 years of additional experience may be accepted in place of a degree).
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (Plug-Ins) and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD methods.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Background in user-centered design and accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG).
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and PCF Controls.
• Experience using SharePoint.
