This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy agents for Copilot Studio.
• Create engaging conversational experiences and multi-step workflows for agents.
• Implement grounding strategies utilizing enterprise data sources.
• Configure agent actions, connectors, and orchestrated workflows involving multiple agents.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps.
• Construct cloud flows with Power Automate.
• Create applications based on Dataverse.
• Design reusable components and templates for automation.
• Integrate agents and workflows with various systems including:
• CRM systems
• ERP systems
• SharePoint
• Microsoft 365
• Azure services
• Proprietary marketplace applications
• Third-party SaaS platforms
• Develop custom connectors and API integrations.
• Assist in scoping and designing MCP interfaces.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Design automation architectures that are scalable.
• Implement governance and application lifecycle management processes.
• Establish standards for environment management.
• Support monitoring, observability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the AI Enablement Lead.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Estimate effort and prioritize delivery timelines.
• Mentor citizen developers and power users.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• REST APIs
• Microsoft Graph
• Azure services, including Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise security models.
• Experience in agile development environments and Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Business domain experience in e-commerce and/or back-office applications is a plus.
• Experience in writing unit tests within an MVC environment is a plus.
• Practical experience with highly secure, enterprise-level applications is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to comprehend both business and technical requirements, converting them into functional automations.
• Practical experience with Copilot Studio, AI agent development, and orchestrated workflows.
• Significant expertise in prompt engineering and conversational AI.
• Capability to write and modify basic SQL queries.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines related to low-code development.
• Familiarity with source code management; experience with GitHub is a plus.
