Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business needs and assist clients in architecting, designing, and developing solutions.

• Create applications in PowerApps utilizing Dataverse, Power Automate, Excel, Forms, and SharePoint Online.

• Leverage out-of-the-box connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Generate analytics through Power Query and DAX in Power BI.

• Design and establish database models.

• Convey proposed designs, updates, and solutions to clients, team leads, and team members.

• Revise and re-engineer custom legacy applications into PowerApps solutions.

• Develop under the supervision of the Technology Solutions & Workplace Automation Practice Leader and system design.

• Conduct unit testing and engage in test-driven development.

• Exhibit thought leadership and become a trusted advisor to decision-makers.

• Document and showcase solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and similar materials.

• Coordinate Power Platform design and development activities within client organizations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and map requirements and identify areas for enhancement.

• Assist clients with process design, improvement initiatives, business needs, and targeted solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

• Optionally, experience in integrating PowerApps with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST services.

• Familiarity with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering and analysis, functional/technical specifications, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting software systems, optimizing performance, resolving issues, and providing follow-up on problems.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

• Capacity to perform effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.

• Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and influence without authority or title.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials and information.

• Ability to work within a team environment, closely collaborate with clients, and deliver results in a demanding work setting.

• Capacity to establish effective working relationships with client personnel.

• Must possess U.S. citizenship or a green card to be eligible for this position.
