📋 Description

• Utilize expertise in electrical design, construction, operation, maintenance, and interconnections for power generation facilities and related contractual agreements.

• Assist project managers throughout the transactional due diligence process.

• Conduct electrical design and interconnection assessments for power plants, substations, and transmission projects.

• Generate relevant project documentation and reports.

• Participate in meetings for power plant, substation, and transmission projects to verify the current status of E&IC construction, operation, and maintenance.

• Oversee client interactions and foster ongoing relationships.

• Present findings and results of work products to client executives.

• Engage in business development through collaboration within the organization and direct communication with clients and prospects.

• Support projects and collaborate with project team members both independently and as part of a team.

• Cultivate and enhance key client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.

• More than eight years of experience in the electrical operation, maintenance, and/or design of power generation and substation assets or comparable experience.

• In-depth knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems, controls, and protection relaying.

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about wind generation, solar PV generation, battery energy storage systems, and thermal generation.

• Proven success in maintaining client relationships and collaborating with both internal and external clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Direct experience with synchronous generators, excitation systems, inverters, motors, transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, capacitor banks, and transmission lines is advantageous.

• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is preferred.
