Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collect, cleanse, and verify data from diverse sources, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, IoT devices, SQL databases, and cloud services, ensuring data precision and integrity.

• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Domo, and Excel to facilitate decision-making across various business functions.

• Integrate and analyze CRM data from platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM to monitor customer interactions, sales trends, and lead conversions.

• Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational and revenue enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with senior management, sales, operations, IT, HR, and finance teams to comprehend reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.

• Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure accurate business performance reporting.

• Efficiently extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, optimizing data models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and SQL queries for enhanced performance.

• Automate reporting processes and assist in forecasting, predictive analytics, and scenario planning.

• Implement real-time data visualization solutions for essential manufacturing KPIs such as production efficiency, downtime, yield, inventory levels, and quality control.

• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and privacy standards while following best practices.

• Offer training and support to end-users on effectively interpreting and utilizing reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Developer.

• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Domo, and advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, VBA, etc.).

• Strong background in SQL databases, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

• Proficient in data gathering, cleaning, auditing, and validation techniques.

• Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM for sales and customer data analysis.

• Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehousing, and cloud-based BI solutions (including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, etc.).

• Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain dynamics, production metrics, and business processes.

• Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience integrating BI tools with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and other enterprise applications.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
