Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Design and enhance data models for corporate reporting purposes.

• Generate metrics and complex calculations with DAX.

• Utilize Power Query (M) for the transformation and preparation of data.

• Establish and oversee Row-Level Security (RLS) protocols.

• Build and sustain Semantic Models within Microsoft Fabric.

• Connect Power BI solutions with Lakehouse and Data Warehouse on Fabric.

• Maintain the performance, governance, and quality of Power BI and Fabric environments.

• Engage in CI/CD processes associated with Power BI.

• Partner with business and technology teams to outline requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with Power BI.

• Extensive experience in: Data modeling.

• Development of reports and dashboards.

• Proficiency in DAX.

• Familiarity with Power Query (M).

• Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Experience with Power BI Service.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric: Semantic Models.

• Understanding of Lakehouse architectures.

• Experience with Data Warehousing.

• Expertise in governance and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices as applied to Power BI.

• Possession of at least one of the following Microsoft certifications: PL-300, DP-600, DP-700.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
