This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Develop and create operational dashboards using Looker Studio and the G-Suite ecosystem.

• Organize data sources for reporting purposes, including Sheets models, imports, and transformations.

• Implement lightweight automations utilizing AppScript, Google Workspace integrations, Zapier, and similar tools.

• Facilitate integrations among various tools such as HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace; familiarity with Productive is a plus.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation to transfer solutions to internal teams effectively.

• Maintain high standards for data security, access control, and compliance.

• Provide expert technical consultation on best practices regarding data architecture and BI tools.

• Extensive experience with Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets (advanced formulas, queries, pivots) and AppScript.

• Proficient in developing dashboards within Looker Studio.

• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier or similar alternatives.

• Capability to independently translate business requirements into operational data, dashboards, and automations.

• Experience with the integration of various SaaS tools, including HubSpot, Atlassian, and Slack.

• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills and dependability in remote and asynchronous collaboration.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
