This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI.
• Analyze business needs and convert them into effective data visualization solutions.
• Execute data extraction, exportation, transformation, and migration activities from various data sources.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting platforms.
• Create and sustain Excel-based reports, templates, and tools for data analysis.
• Collaborate with teams across different functions to identify reporting requirements and improve processes.
• Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Facilitate decision-making through clear and insightful reporting.
• Resolve reporting and data-related issues promptly.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications thoroughly.
• Fluent in English with a high level of proficiency (mandatory).
• Over 3 years of experience in Power BI and data reporting solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data analysis.
• Experience with data exportation, transformation, and migration techniques.
• Proven experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confident interaction with senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities.
