Business Intelligence Engineer

📋 Description

• Evaluate extensive and intricate datasets to address critical business inquiries and uncover actionable trends and insights.

• Develop strong SQL queries, data pipelines, and on-demand analyses to aid cross-departmental projects.

• Partner with stakeholders to define project scopes, structure analyses, and convert findings into clear business recommendations.

• Create predictive models and conduct statistical analyses to anticipate key outcomes, facilitating informed decision-making.

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to assist in workforce planning, marketing optimization, and service design.

• Design and maintain dashboards and data tools to enhance access to insights for all users.

• Support the integrity, consistency, and governance of data across the analytics landscape.

• Document your processes and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics roles.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of Python or R.

• Experience in creating dashboards using Tableau or other business intelligence tools.

• Familiarity with analyzing and integrating various data sources for analytics, including Salesforce or other CRM platforms and Google Analytics.
