POS/VM Manager – Southern Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a brand ambassador and the main contact for all aspects of 360-degree point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.

• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and determine appropriate actions based on analysis.

• Plan and coordinate point-of-sale visits independently, including preparation and follow-up activities.

• Oversee and maintain inventory levels, encompassing both sell-in and sell-out processes.

• Restock product assortments at the point of sale.

• Execute and uphold brand concepts related to store layout, visual merchandising, and POS marketing.

• Seek promotional opportunities, such as special displays and window arrangements at the point of sale.

• Provide reports on implementation strategies and sales performance utilizing designated reporting tools.

• Train sales personnel at the point of sale.

• Assist in planning and supporting new store openings, renovations, and trade fair events.

• Engage in meetings and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed training in design and/or business administration.

• Background in visual merchandising and/or experience supporting retail locations.

• A positive, approachable personality with a customer- and sales-focused mindset.

• Strong communication skills paired with enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.

• Confident in managing standard performance metrics/KPIs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including multi-day trips with overnight stays.

• Valid Class B driver's license.
