POS/VM Manager – Northern Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador and the primary liaison for all aspects of 360-degree POS activities.

• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and determine suitable actions.

• Independently organize and oversee point-of-sale visits, including preparation and follow-up tasks.

• Track and manage inventory levels (sell-in and sell-out) and restock product ranges at the POS.

• Execute and guarantee brand concepts related to store design, visual merchandising, and marketing at the POS.

• Obtain promotional opportunities such as special displays and window showcases at the POS.

• Provide reports on implementation initiatives and sales performance utilizing designated reporting tools.

• Train sales personnel at the point of sale.

• Plan and facilitate store openings, renovations, and trade fair participation.

• Engage in meetings and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed training in design and/or commercial business.

• Experience in visual merchandising and/or retail location support.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on customer service and sales.

• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm, coupled with strong self-motivation and adaptability.

• Proactive, solution-focused, and capable of working independently.

• Confident in managing standard metrics and KPIs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including multi-day trips with overnight accommodations.

• Class B driving license.
